Hi Bobbie,
It's Jeff only wanting to tell you how much Mylene values your friendship. This morning she went off to school for day one of teaching. Thus far she has 42 students, and already has bought some note books and a book bag for just two of the many without. One little boy has no father, and his mother is so poor that Mylene wants to just bring him home. It's such a hard call because we ourselves are always in such hard times as in day to day. Because of gossip, and Mylene being a teacher, we are going to be married in July. We have no rings or anything, but at least whats proper will quiet people that meddle where they should not. If I had my way, and was wealthy, our greatest joy would be loving and helping many children with God as our source for all things. He knows our hearts, He knows our needs, and most important of all things is that He knows of our faith that makes Him our life's priority. I have about 15 years of God with no church ever involved, yet one very true relationship. Although we have nothing, we still trust with un-wavering faith. So, in His time, not our, all things will work to glorify Him. Being that I have nothing but time, here are some photos you may enjoy.

Poor and hungry kids on the streets of Dumaguete, Negros Oriental, Philippines.
Beggar after only coins.
Many always in need, and I without fail always give what I can to many.

In cases when I may have only 20 peso, [40 cents] half goes to who needs it more than me. My heart just can't turn away. It's impossible.

Mylene's mom and dad that came to visit us via ferry.

Public transportation into the mountains.
Back in the laundry room again. At least its not raining.

Mylene and I onboard superferry enroute from Dumaguete to Cebu American Embassy for a marriage paper called capacity.
Always many in the water near ports waiting for people on the boats to toss them coins.
.
When they miss the catch, they dive in and always get their coins.
Mylene outside the Embassy. And me below.
Those pics were 5 months ago. We got the paper, but still no marriage due to no funds.
Needs super glue.

We need your friendship, and most important your prayers. We also need any kind of help from anyone anywhere. Good meals I have not seen for years now, so I just go with the flow of rice and fish.
Back in March, a couple from Conneticut sent us a box with many clothes, shoes, and other items. They were very kind with difficulties of thier own, and sent much, and also helped us with some money. And for all they did, they gave all the glory to God. Ron and Mia are always in our prayers.
That box of gifts made Mylene the happiest she has ever been, because at 36 years of age, it was a first.
My anti virus in the used surplus computer that I have runs out today. We have no foods to eat. We have a power bill with 1200 peso over due. No printer, roof leaks, teeth need work, and just a host of things not so good, yet just like all, take all things as they come while only living one day at a time.
May God Bless all who call upon Him in sincere truth.
